Two Worlds Unite

4th Annual Israeli-Palestinian Film Festival Kicks Off Next Thursday

The fourth annual Israeli Palestinian Film Festival, the world’s first and only student-planned and student-run film festival highlighting the unique cinemas of the aforementioned countries, kicks off here at UCSB next Thursday night. The festival, which employs the medium of film to encourage and open more avenues of understanding and communication between the two sides, includes the presentation of six feature films that deal with the disputed region over the course of six nights and is free to UCSB students.
